Well, here we are at the last Mid Atlantic Region Extreme Cowboy Race of the regular season! Accumulative Regional Points are tight! Who will be our Mid Atlantic Region Champion in Pro, Non Pro, Ride Smart, Novice, Youth and Young Guns????? Belt Buckles, a beautiful Circle Y Saddle, Championship Ribbons and of course, BRAGGING RIGHTS are all on the line!!!
On Sunday, September 4th, Maps will be available at the Walk thru at 12:00 pm (noon). The race will begin at 2 pm with Young Guns, Novice, Youth, Non Pro, Ride Smart and Pro Divisions. (in that order) There will be two rounds, a qualifying round, which every registered racer will run. Points will determine the final four of the Novice, Non Pro, Ride Smart and Pro Divisions racing in round two. Points from the first round do not carry over to the final round. The slate is wiped clean when you ride in the final round.
There will be no practicing on the course. There will be a warm up pen available to ride in. This format is almost exactly what you will be experiencing at the World Competition in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
